Kirk's Hop Plugs
Plugs are fresh whole hops. They are removed from the bale as a disc
known as a plug. All plugs are 1/2 ounce in weight and hop plugs are
packaged four to a nitrogen purged bag. That means they are sold in
two ounce packges containing easy to measure 1/2 ounce increments.
Hop plugs are some of the freshest hops available to the home brewer.
There are many varieties available. The problem is that I won't always
know what I have on hand at any given time. So call and ask what's
on hand.
